Chloe Piparo brought up her 50-game WBBL milestone in a mixed weekend for the Perth Scorchers at the WACA Ground.
The Scorchers took on the Melbourne Renegades and Melbourne Stars on their home ground on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, coming away with a win and a loss.
Nicole Bolton took a spectacular catch and then helped steer the Scorchers to victory against the Renegades alongside captain Meg Lanning, who smashed the winning runs in a rain-marred match with reduced overs.
Bolton produced a maiden over opening the bowling against the Stars, finishing her three overs with 0-13.
Piparo took a strong catch to remove Stars skipper Elyse Villani and then finished 11 not out from seven balls as the middle order was left with too much to do chasing a total of 155.
