Rising Victorian tennis star Andrew Harris has joined Emageo Group.
Harris showed his prodigious talent from a young age as the 2012 junior Wimbledon champion, while also winning boys’ doubles titles at Roland Garros and Wimbledon with Nick Kyrgios.
Harris went on to a successful college career with the University of Oklahoma where he helped the Sooners reach three national collegiate athletic association finals in a row.
The 25-year-old right hander has since been plying his trade on the Challenger Tour, making his first finals in 2019 and coming close to his first ATP Tour main draw at Wimbledon after a brilliant run in qualifying.
Harris has reached a career high ranking of 185 this year on the back of his consistent form.
“We are delighted to welcome Andrew to Team Emageo,” Emageo Group Managing Director Sam Maxwell said.
“Andrew is a hard worker and a great person and I am certain he has a bright future in the sport after making great gains since finishing his brilliant junior and college career.”
Harris is due to take the court alongside Marc Polmans in the men’s doubles at the Ningbo International Tennis Open in China tomorrow.
