Third seed Ebden takes on Frederico Ferreira Silva second up on court two in the round of 32.
Ebden opened his tournament with an epic 6-2 6-7 (6) 11-9 men’s doubles victory alongside Divij Sharan on Tuesday.
The pair play in the quarterfinals on Thursday.
