Chardy eliminates Ebden

Frenchman Jeremy Chardy has beaten Matt Ebden in straight sets 7-5 6-0 in the first round of the Abierto Telcel tournament in Acapulco, Mexico.

Ebden’s next tournament will be the Indian Wells Masters, commencing on March 6.
