Ebden opened his new season at the Apis Canberra International which was relocated to Bendigo, making a run to the semifinals in the men’s doubles.
The 32-year-old will now take on Italian Gianluca Mager on court 8 on Tuesday morning in the first round of qualifying in Melbourne as he aims to contest his ninth Australian Open next week.
Inglis played her maiden Australian Open as a teenager four years ago after winning the Wildcard Play-Off but feels she is far better prepared to have an impact this time around.
Inglis will face Slovakian Rebecca Sramkova on court 8 straight after the Ebden match.
Sanders, who has stunned with her return to singles in recent months, made the final of the Wildcard Play-Off in December and fell just short of the main draw at Brisbane after a strong qualifying run last week.
The talented left-hander hasn’t appeared in the Australian Open singles main draw since 2016, which was her third year in a row at the first grand slam of the year.
Sanders is due to play American Robin Anderson in first round qualifying action on Wednesday.
Olivia Rogwoska will also play Wednesday up against Spain’s Nuria Parrizas Diaz.
