Peers gets Davis Cup call up ahead of Dubai semifinal
At the ITU World Cup Sprint race in Mooloolaba, Ryan Bailie has finished 13th in a strong field of 65 athletes from all over the world.
The event in Queensland attracted some of the world’s best triathletes, including six of the top 11 ranked athletes.
Bailie finished in a time of 55:38, just 1 minute and 20 seconds shy of winner and World No. 3 Mario Mola. World No. 4 Richard Murray finished second in 54:37, while Sven Riederer of Switzlerand was third across the line in 55:04.
The opening ITU World Triathlon Series race is in Auckland on April 6.
