All-rounder Bhavi Devchand showed her potential when she impressed as WA’s top scorer at the 2010-11 under-18 championships, while also taking six wickets.

Devchand made her debut for the Western Fury the following season after a six-wicket haul in a first-grade match. Devchand remained a key member of the WA set up until 2018-19, with her last game for the WA Women bringing 33 runs in February.

Devchand has recently spent time playing in Ireland and is due to head to Victoria to captain Ringwood Cricket Club this summer.

Devchand also has a keen interest in the psychological aspect of the game, utilising various meditation and mental training techniques in order to aid her performance.
